Change or reset your password

Forgot Password

You can request a reset password email from the login page:

1. Move your cursor to the top right of Finalspot Online Learning’s homepage, then click on Login.
2. Click Lost Password.
3. Enter your login username or email.
4. Next, click on Send.

If you do not receive the password reset message within an hour, please check your spam folder.

Change Password

​You can change your password at any time in your Account settings.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Edit Profile below your profile image.
3. Scroll down until you reach section Change Password.
4. Enter your new password, re-type your new password, then click on Save Changes.
