Synopsis

The module is aimed at providing knowledge and skill required for participants in the area of construction project management. The diverse elements involved in the management of projects are identified and discussed, with emphasis on both theory and practice from project inceptions to completion. Special emphasis is given on construction of healthcare facilities. Participants are also exposed to the use of relevant application software in project management, Microsoft Project and PMBOK.
